We are very excited to announce that SMART Training Bootcamp is back this summer and are running one both May and June. If you are looking to get fit, drop body fat and look and feel great without committing to a long term programme then this is ideal for you. We are a no judgement gym so we cater for every level of fitness and all of our fitness programmes can be regressed or progressed. We will also cater for clients with knee, shoulder or back injuries so you wont miss out.

You can expect lots of lunges, squats, push ups, hill sprints, jumps, relays and off course the inevitable…..BURPEES

 

Duration: 4 Weeks (8 Sessions per Bootcamp)

 

Days/Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 7.30pm . Sessions will last roughly 50 mins.

 

Location: Meet at SMART Training Churchtown @ 7.25pm
